Online appointment booking with QHMS is now available for Hong Kong

September 2026

The way customers access care in Hong Kong is changing.

The MembersWorld app now gives eligible members in Hong Kong direct access to our network of QHMS clinics, offering a first-of-its-kind seamless experience that’s more convenient and connected for our customers.

Members can now book GP, specialist and physiotherapy appointments directly through the app to get the help and support they need, when they need it.

The first of its kind in Hong Kong

This development represents a first of its kind experience for our IPMI customers in Hong Kong.

For customers, they can access timely healthcare through a simpler and more convenient booking experience – another step in our wider digital transformation journey, making access to treatment and advice much faster and digital-first.

For our intermediary partners, this launch reflects our continued investment in digital transformation and member experience. It offers a more seamless solution to fit the evolving needs of individuals and businesses in the Hong Kong market.

How does it work?

MembersWorld now provides direct access to QHMS appointment booking services in Hong Kong.

Customers can choose from in-network doctors and specialists – all within the app. This includes practitioners covering twenty-eight specialities. Appointment booking availability and coverage are subject to the customers’ policy and benefit limits.
